Book 3 of The Hunger Games Series
Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice, but she should be dead. District 12 has been bombed and is completely gone. Thankfully her family and Gale managed to escape to District 13. As far as everyone in Panam knows, the country only has 11 districts now.
Katniss becomes the Mockingjay in this conclusion of the Hunger Games trilogy. She is the embodiment of the resistance against the Capitol and the cruel president Snow. Katniss leads a rebellion that wants to take over the Capitol and she wants to kill Snow.
I so hated President Snow in the previous book and in this one, I just wanted to climb into the pages and kill him… he is so unlikeable!
This book was a good ending to the original Hunger Games trilogy.
