Jo Browning Wroe is the Sunday Times bestselling author of A Terrible Kindness, a debut novel set around the 1966 Aberfan disaster. A former editorial professional with an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia, she grew up in a Birmingham crematorium and now teaches at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education.
