I really wanted to love this book, but I didn’t. It certainly has potential – but it’s so unlike anything else I’ve read by Julie Kagawa. And it’s lacking in my opinion. In Shadow of the Fox the world building seemed more natural and I liked the characters in the Iron Fey series. I’m not the biggest fan of Sparrow I’m afraid. It was an okay read – not spectacular lik the Shadow of the Fox though…
