Natalie Haynes wrote about 50 pages from the viewpoint of Medusa in this book. The rest is about the disagreements and between the Gods, and divine exploits that lead to Perseus being forced to kill Medusa.
The myth of Danae and Zeus as the golden rain is included in this book. There is very little information on the Gorgons.
Normally I love a good retelling of a Greek myth, but unfortunately Natalie Hayes’s Stone Blind was disappointing which surprised me because I did enjoy her other books.
