Aurora Teagarden Mysteries book 6
Aurora and Martin get a surprise visitor: Martin’s niece Regina shows up unexpectedly – with a baby! However, Roe and Martin have plans and go to visit friends for dinner leaving Regina and the baby at their house. When they get home, they find Regina’s husbands on the steps of the apartment over the garage, with an axe in his back. Regina is nowhere to be found and the baby is in his bassinet under the bed. To their surprise, there’s a strange young man in their house!
Roe and Martin decide to drive to Regina’s hometown to give the baby to her husband’s parents and to bring the stranger, a friend of Regina’s husband, back as well… but things are not quite that easy.
Oh, this one is just so sad! Especially the ending. I’m going to leave it at that for now…
