Eleanor Spencer is a forensic psychologist with a perfect life. When young women go missing and are found dead, she starts getting flashbacks to her sister’s disappearance. One of Ellie’s patients is Lucas Hayne, a notorious serial killer. With the current disappearances in mind, he tells her that the truth lies in her past. When Ellie visits her mum, she finds a childhood friend in her mum’s house. It turns out that the woman, who used to be her best friend, was a very close friend to her sister before she disappeared as well.
This was a good read, it kept me entertained and interested throughout. The characters are likeable enough, and you start suspecting a different person in every chapter.
