Dead Man’s Folly is the 35th Agatha Christie novel featuring the eccentric Belgian detective Hercule Poirot.
Hercule Poirot is summoned to Devon by mystery author Ariadne Oliver to join a mystery murder hunt at the estate owned by Sir George and Lady Stubbs because she has a bad feeling about it. As it turns out, her instincts are spot on because the mock murder victim is found dead just as the hunt is supposed to start.
it is up to Hercule Poirot to solve this mystery.
I’ve been an Agatha Christie fan for nigh on 40 years (I’m old!) and I’ve read this particular book several times, at least once in Dutch, once as an audiobook and now as an English book. And I have to say that Agatha Christie still is the queen of murder mysteries!
