In this book Eragon who has transformed from a poor farm boy to the Shadeslayer, a dragon rider, and his dragon Saphira, who was a blue stone a short while ago, has to face Galbatorix. They have come a long way in a short while, but have they come far enough to beat the evil King and restore Queen Alagaësia to her rightful place?
Paolini has managed to write another very entertaining book. The narrator of the audiobook is excellent, I have gotten used to his Saphira voice now. I do have to admit that my mind sometimes wanders during all the battle scenes.
All in all, very enjoyable!
