Lethal Vengeance by Robert Bryndza

This is book 8 in the Erika Foster series.

Erika Foster is out for a fancy dinner with her boyfriend Igor when she happens upon a dead body in the same building as the restaurant. As she was afraid Igor was going to propose to her, she slipped away and upon re-entry of the building she is met by a cleaning lady who has just discovered the body of a prominent politician Neville Lomas. The death is ruled as natural, so the case is closed.

Two months later a casting director and a football player’s bodies are discovered under the same circumstances as Neville Lomas’, so the case is re-opened and Erika and her team investigate.

Ever since The Girl in the Ice, I’ve been addicted to Robert Bryndza’s Erika Foster series. Though I don’t always like her, I love the books and this latest book was no exception. I’m looking forward to reading the next instalment in this series! Keep ‘em coming Rob!
