My Roommate is a Vampire by Jenna Levine

My Roommate is a Vampire

Artist Cassie finds an ad on Craigslist for a room for rent. The room is in the better part of town and they’re only asking $200 per month. After corresponding briefly with the owner of the property, she’s convinced he’s an older gentleman. When she meets him, she’s in for a surprise because he is a gorgeous thirty-something who appears to have stepped out of Downton Abbey.

After Cassie moves in, she’s still in the dark about his true nature – but of course the title of the book has given it away.

It’s not my genre, though I do like vampire stories, the romance part of it, just not doing it for me. Having said this, it’s a cute book, at times silly and semi-enjoyable for someone who’s not into the genre.
