Book 1 in the Ms Right series.
Rosie Taft is the owner of a bookstore and she lives and breathes books. She’s even struck up an online flirty relationship with the author Brie, who writes lesbian romance novels.
Jane Breslin hates her day job, she works for her father’s property development business. At night, she writes lesbian romance novels as Brie (no last name).
The book starts with a meet cute when Jane takes her niece Alyssa to Rosie’s bookshop. Jane is in her business outfit and Rosie has a thing for sharply dressed women. Jane thinks Rosie is very cute but there’s one problem: Jane has just sent Rosie a letter saying the lease for the bookshop’s building will come to an end soon.
As you will know by now, that is if you’ve read any of my previous reviews, I’m not a big romance novel fan. I did like the story line – it was predictable but cute, but then came the sex scenes. They were rather pornographic and too long for my liking.
