Book 3 in the Inspector Anjelica Henley Series.
In 1996 Andrew Streeter was convicted to 5 life sentences for 5 murders, one of which was Anjelica Henley’s best friend. Henley, now a detective inspector for the Metropolitan Police in London, is approached by a solicitor who is trying to reopen Streeter’s case because he’s sure the man is innocent.
Soon after the court of appeals decides that he is wrongfully convicted, Streeter is murdered in the minimum security prison hospital where he underwent cancer treatments. Soon after, the solicitor is found murdered. The person who received messages from the killer in the 90s, is receiving photos and emails now, as well as momentos the killer took from his victims. Henley and her team investigate the new murders as well as the old ones.
I really liked this book, this is exactly the type of book I really enjoy. I will definitely pick up the first two books in this series!
