Mike Moon is a witch, she knows some other witches because they meet once a month but never in the same place for security reasons. She knows she shouldn’t draw any attention to herself and she should stay away from other witches because if their powers mingle they will draw attention to themselves.
However, Mika posts fake witchcraft videos online and she happens to draw attention to herself with them. She gets an offer from Nowhere House to teach three young witches to control their magic. Mika takes the job and settles in nicely after a few initial hiccoughs.
I listened to the audiobook and highly recommend it. It’s funny and quirky, original and very entertaining. I’m looking forward to reading more of Sangu Mandanna’s work!
