Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice to Murderers by Jesse Sutanto

Vera Wong, a widow, runs Vera Wang’s World Famous Tea Shop in San Francisco’s China Town. She gets up really early, does some sleuthing into her son’s love life and then one day she finds a dead body in her tea shop and now it’s up to her to solve the murder. The police say it’s an accidental death, but Vera is convinced that the man was murdered.

I love Vera, she’s a proper nosy auntie, and likes to get to the bottom of things. She’s got two main suspects for the murder and insinuates herself into their lives to find out more about them.

Wonderful cozy mystery – thoroughly enjoyed it!
