Aurora Teagarden Mysteries book 9
Aurora and Robin have just told Roe’s half-brother Phillip he will be an uncle soon when Phillip disappears along with some of his friends. A body is found, but thankfully it’s not Phillip, but it’s the girlfriend of one of his friends. Father Aubrey Smith comes to Roe as his young stepdaughter is missing as well. It turns out that Liza Smith is the target of bullying, and she has a crush on Phillip. Aurora does what she does best, she sleuths until she finds something and she can bring Phillip home safely.
I really love this series, I’ve said it before. This is not my favourite of the series, because of the bullying kids. I guess it reminds me too much of my own school years. Anyway, the plot works and all ends well, apart from the one death.
