While Jude fought in the court of Elfhame against the cruel Prince Cardan, her twin sister Taryn fell in love with one of Cardan’s friends, the trickster Locke.
This is my least favourite of the series, I like Jude better than Taryn to be honest. Jude is a fighter, whereas Taryn tries her best to fit in. As they are both humans in Faerie, fitting in is not easy. Most of the immortal creatures there think of humans as pets.
